The wet pressing process uses biodegradable materials like bagasse, bamboo, and recycled paper, offering smooth finishes, protection, cushioning, and space-saving, eco-friendly packaging.
Molded pulp products replace plastic and foam, offering recyclable, biodegradable options. Custom shapes, colors, and eco-friendly surfaces are available. We provide affordable, sustainable packaging with in-house prototyping and manufacturing.
Our plant fiber tableware, made from bagasse, straw, and bamboo, is biodegradable, compostable, waterproof, oil-resistant, and microwave-safe. Certified, recyclable, and stackable for eco-friendly use.
Dry pressing paper pulp trays, made from 100% recycled materials, offer an eco-friendly, cost-effective alternative to plastic. They provide cushioning, temperature resistance, and stackability, saving up to 20% space.
Bonitopak offers molded pulp in six colors, including white, natural, and black, with 95% color accuracy. Eco-friendly methods ensure safe bleaching. Natural and white are best for food; others suit tray packaging.

Typical applications
Q1: What is bagasse molded pulp?
A: Bagasse is sugarcane fiber left after juice extraction. We process it into strong, smooth molded pulp—renewable, recyclable and compostable.
Q2: Is this tray food‑contact safe?
A: Food‑contact grade options are available on request; standard electronics trays are not intended for direct food contact.
Q3: Can you match our brand color and add a logo?
A: Yes. We offer Pantone color match and logo embossing/debossing. Printed labeling can be integrated with the outer box.
Q4: What sizes can you make?
A: Completely custom. Send CAD or sample parts and we design cavities to fit. Wall thickness typically 0.7–1.2 mm.
Q5: How strong is wet‑press pulp compared to plastic?
A: Wet‑press trays deliver excellent rigidity and cushioning. For most electronics they equal or outperform plastic inserts while being lighter and greener.
Q6: What’s the sample and production timing?
A: Sample mold + samples in about 10 days; mass production in 15–25 days after approval. MOQ 5000 pcs.
Q7: Are the trays moisture‑resistant?
A: Yes. We control moisture during forming and drying. Optional coatings or liners can be added for high‑humidity shipping lanes.
Q8: How are the trays packed for shipment?
A: Nest‑stacked in master cartons to minimize volume, then palletized. We follow export packing standards.
Share device dimensions or CAD, target color and logo. We’ll design the cavity, sample fast and deliver on time with BonitoPak PM‑039.
