A: Wet‑press offers the smoothest face and fine details for premium retail; dry‑press delivers thicker walls (up to 5 mm) and maximum compression strength. We can combine both across a program.

Q2: Will the black color rub off?
A: We use water‑based, through‑fiber pigments that are rub‑fast under normal handling. Samples are available for validation.

Q3: Can the center hole be used for cable pass‑through?
A: Yes. It can function as a finger‑lift or cable channel; size and location are customized to your device.

Q4: What is the minimum order and timing?
A: MOQ 5000 pcs per design/color. Sampling ~10 days; mass production typically 10–15 working days after sample approval.

Q5: Are trays waterproof?
A: Pulp is naturally absorbent; optional water‑resistant coating or paper liners are available for humid routes while keeping recyclability.
