The complete production line of the standard configuration includes: pulp-mixing pump, cold vacuum pump, hot vacuum pump, pulp-refluxing pump, pulping machine, pulp-mixing bucket, pulp-refluxing bucket, vacuum water-refluxing tank and trimming machine.

The automated pulp molding machine, BP-3530-3, consists of a 3-template and automated mold transfer system, facilitating efficient small-batch production and offering product sampling versatility. It has a 300×350 mm mold that accommodates products with a height of 80 mm. It can produce 50-100 kg daily and has a 5 ton hot-press with asymmetric heating (4 KW upper and 6 KW lower). With its 3-template automated transfer system, automated moving systems streamline workflow, eliminating the need for manual movement of molds while preserving the efficiency of the system during the formation, pressing, and cooling phases of production, which occur simultaneously for 3 different molds. These systems provide savings on manual labor while ensuring product quality and consistency. Automation systems fully operate, with 3 molds in different production phases ensuring no downtime thereby maximizing production efficiency.
The size of 300 × 350 mm molds optimally caters to medium sized products with maximum dimensions of 80 mm in height which is suitable for packaging food, making egg cartons, cartons for electronics, and providing protective inserts. This size and the range of products mentioned cater to the majority of basic and essential packaging requirements, thus allowing versatile service for various market segments to be offered on a single machine. The machine asymmetric heating design of 4 KW upper and 6 KW lower is intentional of ensuring the design works as optimally as possible to produce fully dried, fully formed, and high quality products with as little defects as possible. The 6 KW lower heating power compensates for heat absorption by the lower base and heating system losing heat to the environment, ensuring moisture is fully removed from the lower surface and moisture removal is maximally heated. Together with a hot-press pressure of 5 tons, this layout ensures formation of quality products.
This system is distinguished by having a complete standard configuration. With the pulp-mixing pump and bucket, the system guarantees uniform pulp consistency. The pulping machine processes raw fiber materials in an efficient manner. The combination of cold and hot vacuum pumps sequentially removes excess air and moisture. The pulp-refluxing system maintains slurry concentration to facilitate optimum slurry concentration throughout the entire production cycle. Operational costs along with adverse effects to the environment are lowered due to the vacuum water-refluxing tank and the system’s water-recovery and recycling ability.
