The wet pressing process uses biodegradable materials like bagasse, bamboo, and recycled paper, offering smooth finishes, protection, cushioning, and space-saving, eco-friendly packaging.
Molded pulp products replace plastic and foam, offering recyclable, biodegradable options. Custom shapes, colors, and eco-friendly surfaces are available. We provide affordable, sustainable packaging with in-house prototyping and manufacturing.
Our plant fiber tableware, made from bagasse, straw, and bamboo, is biodegradable, compostable, waterproof, oil-resistant, and microwave-safe. Certified, recyclable, and stackable for eco-friendly use.
Dry pressing paper pulp trays, made from 100% recycled materials, offer an eco-friendly, cost-effective alternative to plastic. They provide cushioning, temperature resistance, and stackability, saving up to 20% space.
Bonitopak offers molded pulp in six colors, including white, natural, and black, with 95% color accuracy. Eco-friendly methods ensure safe bleaching. Natural and white are best for food; others suit tray packaging.
Design & customization
We engineer each PM‑170 tray around your exact components. Share CAD or dimensions for mini bottles, vials, lipstick bullets or jewelry pieces and we’ll create a tight, no‑rattle layout. Options include finger‑notches for easy lift, divider walls to prevent contact, and shallow recesses for cards or leaflets. Keep a common outer footprint and swap the inner cavity tool to cover multiple SKUs while reusing the same outer box and sleeve. The deep blue tray shown uses through‑fiber Pantone color; white, natural kraft, black and pastel shades are available using water‑based pigments that remain rub‑fast and recyclable.
Performance & quality
Typical wall thickness is 0.7–1.2 mm for beauty grade trays. We tune ribs and contact points to suit glass thickness and e‑commerce routes, and we maintain tight dimensional tolerances (±0.3–0.5 mm) for consistent pack‑out. Moisture‑controlled forming and oven‑drying ensure flat, clean edges that glue in flush with rigid or folding cartons. The surface is smooth enough for premium presentation yet sturdy for transit vibration and compression.
Sustainability & materials
Our trays are produced from recycled paper fibers with optional bagasse content for even higher renewable input. The mono‑material design lets consumers recycle the tray alongside the carton. On request we provide FSC options and sustainability data sheets for your ESG reporting.
Sampling & lead time
Packing & delivery
Trays nest tightly in master cartons for high pack‑out and lower freight. Pallets are optimized for export. Shipping terms EXW/FOB/CIF are available with full documentation.
Side‑by‑side services
Q1: Can the same outer box be used for different mini sets?
A: Yes. We design a common outer footprint and swap the inner cavity tool so you can run multiple assortments in one carton size.
Q2: Will the colored fiber rub off on components?
A: No. We use water‑based, through‑fiber pigments that are rub‑fast under normal handling.
Q3: What thickness is recommended?
A: 0.7–1.2 mm for most cosmetics. We’ll adjust thickness and ribs based on glass weight and route testing.
Q4: Can I add logos or icons in the tray?
A: Absolutely—embossed/debossed brand marks, pictograms and batch marks can be molded directly into the surface.
Q5: Are the trays recyclable and biodegradable?
A: Yes. They are paper‑fiber based, widely recyclable and biodegradable under suitable conditions.
Q6: What info do you need to start?
A: Component sizes/CAD, box size, desired layout, Pantone color, logo files, order quantity and target timeline.
