• Sizing: adult and child templates; we can fine‑tune eye spacing, nose relief and face curvature for comfort.
• Features: strap holes, ventilation perforations, molded logos or textures, and flat perimeter for tape or label sealing.
• Colors & finish: natural white for painting, or fiber‑tinted Pantone colors for ready‑to‑wear looks (matte, rub‑fast water‑based pigments).
• Packaging: bulk nested, retail polybag with header, paper sleeve, or boxed workshop kits with paints/brushes (client‑supplied or sourced).

Painting & performance

• The smooth wet‑press face accepts acrylics, gouache, poster color, tempera, markers, pens, glitter glue and spray paint.
• Priming is optional; for heavy layering or metallics, a light gesso/primer coat improves adhesion.
• After decoration, clear water‑based varnish can add scuff resistance while keeping recyclability in mind.

Sustainability & materials

• Manufactured from post‑industrial pulp with optional bagasse content for a circular, plastic‑free solution.
• Recyclable with paper streams and biodegradable under suitable conditions. FSC options available on request.

• DFM review and drawing proposal within days.

FAQs

Q1: What paints and markers work best on the pulp surface?
A: Acrylics, poster colors, tempera and water‑based markers work great. Spray paints also adhere well; a light primer improves coverage for metallics.

Q2: Are elastic straps or ribbons included?
A: Standard is mask only; we can supply elastic or ribbon pre‑installed or packed separately upon request.

Q3: Can you make custom face shapes or brand mascots?
A: Yes. Send artwork or 3D/CAD and we’ll create a bespoke shape with molded logos or textures.

Q4: Are the masks reusable?
A: Yes. With normal handling and optional clear coat, masks can be worn multiple times. They remain recyclable after use.

Q5: Are they safe for kids to decorate?
A: The fiber is paper‑based with smooth edges. For children’s programs, we can provide documentation and recommend water‑based paints and adhesives.

Q6: Can you supply colored fiber (not painted)?
A: Absolutely. We can tint the pulp to any Pantone for through‑fiber color that is rub‑fast.

Q7: What sizes are available?
A: Adult and kid templates are standard; we customize dimensions and eye/strap positions to your audience.
