Send your case diameter, lug‑to‑lug length or complete CAD and we’ll engineer a precise cavity that hugs the watch head without stressing the crown or pushers. For smart watches, we add a shaped recess for the charging puck and a channel to route the cable cleanly beneath the tray. Finger‑notches and a fabric pull ribbon provide easy removal in retail and after purchase. If you support multiple models, we can create a common outer footprint with interchangeable inner cavities so your outer carton remains identical across SKUs—only the tray changes. Finishes include natural kraft, white or color‑tinted fiber to your Pantone, plus molded‑in logos or iconography.

Performance & testing
Watch packaging needs gentle contact and strong support. We use soft radii and smooth wet‑press faces in the crown area to prevent scuffing. Ribs and buttresses under the tray raise compression strength for e‑commerce. Typical wall thickness is 0.7–1.2 mm; heavier displays or metal bracelets may require localized thickening. We can advise on ISTA‑style drop, vibration and compression testing, and tune geometry for pass rates on your shipping lanes.

Sustainability & materials
Our mono‑material pulp solution simplifies recycling for your customers and removes foams, plastics and magnets from the insert itself. Fibers are sourced from recycled paper and agricultural by‑products (bagasse). Water‑based pigments keep the part recyclable while delivering rich, rub‑fast color—like the premium black shown.

Sampling, timeline & quality
Expect DFM and layout within days, sample mold + samples in about 10 days, and mass production in 15–25 days after approval. We manage moisture during forming and oven‑drying to ensure stable dimensions. Typical tolerance is ±0.3–0.5 mm for a snug, no‑rattle fit in the box.
