Design & customization
Every PM‑195 tray is created around your exact components. Share CAD or product dimensions and our team will build a precise cavity layout that balances hold force, protection and fast pack‑out. We tune draft angles for smooth insertion and removal, add anti‑roll ribs for tall bottles, and create finger‑notches so customers can lift items without touching labels. If you manage multiple SKUs, we can engineer a common outer footprint with interchangeable inner cavities; this keeps your outer box and print inventory consistent while the inner tray changes per set.
Materials & sustainability
Sugarcane bagasse and recycled paper form the base of our fiber blend, offering a premium, naturally white look without plastic films. The trays are recyclable in most paper streams and compostable in suitable conditions, supporting plastic‑reduction and zero‑waste goals. White, kraft or pastel tints can be produced using water‑based pigments. FSC material options are available upon request.
Quality, timing & logistics
Our tools are CNC‑machined and polished to deliver smooth beauty‑grade surfaces and clean edges. Typical dimensional tolerance is ±0.3–0.5 mm for snug bottle fits. Sampling is fast: expect a sample mold and first articles in about 10 days, with mass production usually 15–25 days after approval. Trays are nest‑stacked in master cartons and palletized for export to minimize freight and warehousing costs. Shipping terms EXW/FOB/CIF are supported.
