Design & customization
Every PM‑202 tray is engineered around your product. Provide CAD or sample parts and we create a cavity layout that balances hold‑force, protection and speed of packing. We tune draft angles for smooth insertion and removal, add finger‑notches for easy pick‑up and integrate cable channels, accessory pockets or clip posts where needed. If your range includes multiple SKUs, we can design a common outer footprint with interchangeable inner cavities so your outer box stays the same while the inner tray changes per model. For gift sets, multi‑layer solutions present the hero device on top and secure accessories below.
 Materials & finish
Our black trays are through‑color fiber using water‑based pigments, providing rub‑fast, non‑gloss appearance that pairs well with premium cartons. No plastic films or foams. Choose white, natural kraft or brand tints if preferred. The material is static‑neutral and low‑lint, suitable for sensitive electronics and coated surfaces.
 Quality & testing
Tooling is CNC‑machined and polished for smooth edges and consistent wall thickness. Typical cavity tolerance is ±0.3–0.5 mm for snug fits. We manage moisture during forming and oven‑drying to keep dimensions stable across climates. For e‑commerce, we support ISTA‑style drop, vibration and compression testing and can reinforce critical areas with ribs or thicker walls.
 Sampling & lead time
  - DFM review and layout proposal: a few days
  - Sample mold + samples: about 10 days
  - Mass production: typically 15–25 days after approval
  - MOQ: 5000 pcs per design/color

 Perguntas frequentes
Q1: Can you match our exact device shape?
A: Yes. Send CAD or samples and we’ll design precise cavities for a no‑rattle, scratch‑safe fit.
Q2: Will the black color rub off on products?
A: The color is fiber‑integrated with water‑based pigments and is rub‑fast under normal handling. We can provide samples for validation.
Q3: Can we add our logo to the tray?
A: Absolutely—embossed or debossed branding, icons and orientation marks are available.
Q4: What thickness is best for electronics?
A: 0.7–1.2 mm is typical; we adjust based on weight, drop‑test requirements and box size.
Q5: Are the trays recyclable and biodegradable?
A: Yes. They are paper‑fiber based, recyclable in most paper streams and biodegradable under proper conditions.
Q6: What information do you need to start?
A: Product dimensions/CAD, box size, layout, target color and logo files. We’ll return DFM and sampling plan quickly.
