The Rotary Pulp Molding Machine BP-6080-6 has a high level of automation as well as high output efficiency which addresses the high labor costs associated with traditional pulp moulding production lines. The 6-position rotary system with a robot transfer system achieves the maximum efficiency within a compact footprint. The Scraper type detection system provides real-time tracking of product lifting and transfer and prevents the product from being re-pressed and damaged. The BP-6080-6 has a mould of 650x650mm and works with 33 tonnes of pressure and two 18KW heaters to produce 1600-1800 pieces per hour for the industrial floor of sustainable packaged production.
