Design & customization
Our earphone holder trays are engineered around your product. Send CAD files or sample units and we’ll create a precise cavity layout for the charging case and each earbud. We consider grip points, finger‑notches for easy pick‑up, and the angle at which users first see the earbuds. Radiused edges protect glossy plastics, while micro‑ribs add subtle friction to minimize movement in transit. For brands with multiple SKUs, we design one platform that accepts swappable inserts, keeping your outer box consistent across models.
Engineering & performance
Wet‑press molding produces a dense, smooth surface with tight dimensional control. The geometry is tuned to balance three goals: hold force, impact absorption and quick loading on the line. Cavities are drafted for easy release while maintaining a snug fit that prevents rattle. Optional stiffening ribs and corner posts increase compression resistance for e‑commerce. Static‑neutral fiber reduces dust attraction and is friendly to sensitive electronics.
Materials & sustainability
Bagasse pulp—derived from sugarcane waste—gives a naturally clean, premium appearance while supporting circular‑economy goals. We can blend in recycled fiber for cost or tint the material to your Pantone reference without plastic films. The trays are recyclable in paper streams and biodegradable/compostable in appropriate facilities, helping replace blisters, foams and thermoformed plastics. FSC options are available upon request.
Production & quality
Made in Guangdong, China, our tools are polished for a refined surface and consistent edges. Typical cavity tolerances are ±0.3–0.5 mm. Each batch undergoes moisture control, oven drying and dimensional checks at key points. We provide first‑article samples for approval, with sample molds ready in about 10 days. Mass production usually completes 15–25 days after sign‑off.
Integration & branding
Trays work with rigid setup boxes, folding cartons or sleeves. Four‑side wings or glue areas ensure a no‑gap fit inside your box. Add embossed brand marks, iconography for L/R identification, or shallow recesses for manuals and cables. For retail, we can include peg‑holes or locking cuts that pair with paperboard backers to build plastic‑free window packs.
Logistics & packing
To minimize freight, trays nest tightly and pack into master cartons sized for pallet efficiency. We supply export‑ready packaging and can coordinate EXW/FOB/CIF terms. Documentation and sustainability data sheets are available to support your brand’s reporting needs.
FAQs
Q1: Can you match the shape of my earbuds and charging case?
A: Yes. Provide CAD or samples and we’ll design cavities for a precise, no‑rattle fit, including finger‑notches and cable channels.
Q2: Is bagasse pulp strong enough for e‑commerce?
A: Wet‑press bagasse is dense and rigid. With proper geometry and ribbing, it passes typical drop and vibration tests for electronics.
Q3: Are the trays fully biodegradable?
A: They are made from paper/bagasse fibers and are recyclable and biodegradable; industrial composting is recommended where available.
Q4: What colors and finishes can you produce?
A: Natural white/kraft/black and Pantone‑matched tints. Optional coated surface for an extra‑smooth premium finish.
Q5: Can we add our logo to the tray?
A: Absolutely—embossed or debossed branding is available. Printed graphics are typically placed on the outer carton.
Q6: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ 5000 pcs per design/color. Sample mold + samples in about 10 days; production in 15–25 days after approval.
Q7: Do you support FSC or recycled content requirements?
A: Yes. FSC fiber and recycled content options are available on request.
Q8: How are trays packed for shipment?
A: Nest‑stacked in master cartons to save space, then palletized. We follow export packing standards.
Q9: Will the tray create dust around electronics?
A: Material is static‑neutral and well finished. We control dust during trimming and can provide protective film or bagging if needed.
Q10: Can the same tray work across multiple earbud models?
A: Often yes. We can design a common outer profile with interchangeable inner cavities to support multiple SKUs efficiently.
