We tailor every dimension to your product—round, square or embossed mooncakes—so each cake sits centered with a consistent gap on all sides. Grid options include 2/4/6/8/9/12 pieces, and we can mix cavity sizes for assorted flavors. Dividers are reinforced to prevent contact between pastries during transport. Finger‑notches make removal easy without touching the cake surface, supporting hygienic service.

Food packaging options
For packs that require direct food contact, we can supply food‑contact‑grade pulp or add a paper liner such as glassine, grease‑resistant paper or a plant‑based coating. These options help manage oil migration typical of mooncakes while keeping the package recyclable. If you prefer individually flow‑wrapped pieces, the pulp tray still holds each wrapped cake firmly, improving presentation and stacking in the outer box.

Branding & presentation
Create a festive story with molded‑in logos, pattern textures and holiday icons on the lid or tray. Choose a Pantone color to match your brand palette. Pair the box with a printed belly band, invitation card or parchment separator to complete the gift experience. Rounded corners and polished edges deliver a premium hand feel while protecting sleeves from scuffing.

Performance & sustainability
Wet‑press geometry gives reliable compression and vibration performance for e‑commerce and retail shipping. Typical wall thickness ranges from 1.0–2.0 mm depending on box size and route. The mono‑material fiber structure is widely recyclable in paper streams and will degrade in suitable conditions, supporting plastic‑reduction targets. Trays are nest‑stacked in master cartons to cut logistics cost and emissions.

Manufacturing & lead time
Send your cake size and target arrangement or CAD. We’ll provide DFM, then build tooling for clean edges and a snug fit. Sample molds and first articles are available in about 10 days; mass production usually takes 15–25 days after approval. Minimum order is 5000 pieces per size/color, shipped EXW/FOB/CIF as requested.
