If you have multiple SKUs, we can create a common outer footprint with interchangeable inner cavities, keeping your outer box and print tooling consistent.

Materials & sustainability
Our fiber blend uses recycled paper and agricultural by‑products (such as bagasse). No plastic films or foams. White trays are produced with a clean, premium look; we can tint to any Pantone without compromising recyclability. The trays are static‑neutral and low‑lint, friendly for sensitive formulations and glossy components. FSC material options are available for audited supply chains.

Sampling, lead time & quality
We provide a quick DFM review, then build polished tools for a smooth, beauty‑grade finish. Typical tolerance is ±0.3–0.5 mm to ensure snug fit across bottle lots. Sample mold and first articles: about 10 days. Mass production: usually 15–25 days after approval. Each batch passes moisture control, oven drying and visual inspections at critical points.

Integration & branding
Emboss/deboss your brandmark, product icons, orientation arrows or L/R indicators. Add shallow recesses for leaflets, spatulas or refill pods. For gifting, pair the tray with printed sleeves, paper wraps or ribbon holders to create a fully plastic‑free kit that packs quickly on your line.

Packing & delivery
Trays nest tightly in master cartons; pallets are optimized for export. We support EXW/FOB/CIF terms and provide sustainability data sheets for your reporting.
