Enhanced Production Capacity

The BP-6080-3-2 Reciprocating High-End Pulp Molding Machine employs advanced reciprocating technology and the pulp molding technique. Its efficient energy use and cost-effective production are due to the integrated pre-pressing drying templates akin to those on the BP-4060 model. Its flexibility around the 600-800mm adjustable mold dimensions and the 33-ton hot-press with 2 dual 18 Kw heaters catering to the 260-350 kg output makes it a robust machine designed for optimizing production on commercially profitable orders.

Key Benefits & Applications: Commercial-Grade Efficiency

The machine excels in creating large molded fiber packaging, food service containers, industrial trays, and protective packaging, regardless of the order size. The reciprocating system increases production velocity which, when combined with the pre-pressing drying technology, creates a highly efficient machine. Superior to the BP-4060 model in all aspects, it’s ideal for businesses in the transitional phase of industrial production, enabling consistent order fulfillment and an increase in volume while eco-friendly manufacturing and cost-efficiency are maintained.

Intelligent Multi-Template Technology

The BP-6080-3-2 Reciprocating High-End Pulp Molding Machine meets the needs of manufacturers to expand production capacity and utilize the most productive combination of traditional, energy-efficient, pulp molding and advanced, energy-efficient, reciprocating mechanics to reduce the number of production runs.
The reciprocating action, differentiating this machine from others, allows for the dynamic movement necessary for enhanced optimization of the pulp distribution, fibrilation interlocking, and overall uniformity of the end products. Reciprocating action also permits the creation of reinforced, uniformly constructed products with a superior finish, a clear advantage over pulp molding stationary systems.
Substantially the BP-4060, this equipment also exploits the innovative pre-pressing drying template system. This system, in a single stage, combines pre-pressing, and the first stage of drying, which significantly enhances energy efficiency for the drying cycle. Heated templates, used during pre-pressing, allow for facilitated excess water removal, which significantly shortens production cycle times and energy cost. This system gives cost-efficient production firms the greatest economically beneficial energy savings over prolonged periods.
This machine has an adjustable mold size range of 600-800mm and accommodates large products up to 80mm in height. Therefore, it allows manufacturing a wider variety of products more efficiently, including shallow trays and deep containers, without multiple machines. Such a machine can be a huge asset to businesses that stretch across multiple market segments or offer custom packaging.
The machine’s 33-tons hot-press pressure levels allows compaction of various fibers, no matter the pulp formulation and product densities. The proprietary system’s twin 18 KW heating elements (totaling 36 KW) facilitate quick and uniform heating, a critical aspect for maintaining heat quality at higher production speeds. This heating ability has been designed taking into consideration the larger mold sizes and higher throughput.
Given the machine’s design for an output of 260-350 kg in a day, which is considerably higher than the 150-200 kg output of the BP-4060, it is ideal for moving to the next tier of the market that is built on entry level equipment and not quite for industrial systems. This machine has been designed to meet routine commercial orders, which in turn, helps to create pre-defined production schedules and reliable partnerships with customers.
This machine built specifically for the sustainable commercial-scale production of sustainable packaging comes with compact dimensions (1600×2500×2500mm) and robust construction and design. Its construction enables it to withstand the rigors of constant operation which makes it a sound investment.

Most Common Questions

Q1: In what ways is this model distinct from the BP-4060?
The BP-6080-3-2 model possesses a larger production capability at 260-350 kg, compared to the BP-4060’s 150-200 kg. Additionally, this model has an adjustable mold size of 600-800mm, while the BP-4060 has a 400×600mm fixed mold. Moreover, it exerts stronger pressure at 33 tons as opposed to 18 tons. Though both models have pre-pressing drying technology, this model incorporates a drying reciprocating action for greater product recovery and increased drying throughput, thus better accommodating drying for higher-volume commercial production.
Q2: What is the meaning of “reciprocating” and how does this improve production?
Reciprocating is defined as the back and forth motion of the Dry-Press during the forming cycle of the pulp. This motion improves the optimization of pulp placement, interlocking of fibers, and thus the creation of a more uniform and stronger product with a better surface finish. It also reduces the overall production cycle time compared to the static forming method, thereby improving overall production efficiency.
Q3: What products are manufactured by this machine?
The machine makes large molded fiber products, such as industrial trays, food service containers, and protective packaging for produce and electronics, as well as automotive part inserts and custom protective packaging.
It can achieve a variety of packaging sizes because it has an adjustable mold of 600–800mm, with a height of up to 80mm and different thicknesses, thus providing standardized or tailored eco-friendly packaging solutions.
Q4: What are the power and space requirements?
The machine needs 36 KW heating power, with 2 elements’ power set to 18 KW, and operational power for the reciprocating mechanisms and hydraulics. A standard industrial three-phase electrical supply is required. Required floor space of 1600×2500mm with 2500mm height clearance is necessary for the machine. Our installation team supplies utility specifications and utility setup support.
Q5: What training, warranty, and support do you offer?
Unlimited professional installation support is provided along with the operational manuals and technical support. The training will include the operators on the reciprocating system, the pre-pressing drying system, and the maintenance for the system on the various optimization. The warranty is provisioned over the works of the machine on hydraulic and electrical. Parts of the machine is provided with the warranty, along with the area of shipping, for the spare parts.
