Performance & quality

• Typical thickness 0.7–1.2 mm; we tune wall sections and ribs to glass weight and e‑commerce routes.
• Static‑neutral, low‑lint material protects glossy finishes. Tight tolerances (±0.3–0.5 mm) are maintained with moisture‑controlled forming and oven drying.
• Optional water‑resistant, water‑based coating or liner supports humid or long‑haul shipments while keeping recyclability.
