Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Backend Software Engineer (Python) to support the development and improvement of our internal digital systems. In this role, you will build reliable backend applications, develop APIs, manage databases, and help streamline business operations across manufacturing, order management, and customer services.
You will work closely with our technical and operational teams to develop scalable software solutions that improve efficiency and support BonitoPak’s continued growth.
What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external systems.

Develop and optimize databases to support business operations.

Improve software systems for order processing, production tracking, and workflow management.

Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to deliver reliable applications.

Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Implement automated testing and maintain application quality.

Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing system improvements.
What It Takes

3+ years of experience in backend software development.

Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

Good understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Familiarity with Git, Docker, and modern development workflows.

Knowledge of application security, authentication, and performance optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
