Design & customization
We build each PM‑203 insert around your exact components. Send CAD or product sizes and choose a one‑layer or multi‑layer layout. Our engineers tune draft angles for smooth loading, add finger‑notches for easy removal and integrate pockets for spatulas, leaflets or cables. For families of SKUs, we can create a common outer footprint with interchangeable inner cavities—keeping your outer carton the same while changing only the tray.
Water‑resistant options
While molded fiber is naturally absorbent, we offer optional water‑resistant barriers and paper liners for moisture‑sensitive routes or oily formulations. These finishes are water‑based and remain recyclable, helping you meet sustainability and performance targets at the same time.
Sampling, timing & quality
- DFM review and layout proposal within a few days.
- Sample mold + samples: about 10 days.
- Production: typically 15–25 days after approval.
- Typical tolerance: ±0.3–0.5 mm for snug fits.
Each batch is moisture‑controlled, oven‑dried and visually inspected to ensure consistent color, edges and dimensions.
Sustainability & compliance
Our bagasse/recycled‑fiber blend uses agricultural by‑products and recovered paper. Trays are widely recyclable in paper streams and biodegradable/compostable under suitable conditions. FSC options and sustainability data sheets are available on request. Color tints use water‑based pigments without plastic films.
Packing & delivery
Trays nest tightly in master cartons for high pack‑out and are palletized for export. We support EXW/FOB/CIF terms and provide documentation for global shipments.
Typical applications
- Skincare and makeup gift sets
- Fragrance coffrets and discovery kits
- Beauty tools and refill programs
- Small electronics and accessories using the same tray platform
