• Finish in natural white or colored fiber to match your label palette. Add embossed brand marks or icons molded into the tray.

Performance & testing

• Typical wall thickness 1.2–2.5 mm depending on bottle mass and route.
• Geometry tuned for e‑commerce: anti‑shear ribs, reinforced corners and neck clamps.
• We provide guidance for ISTA‑style drop, vibration and compression tests and can adjust ribs or thickness to meet targets.
