Tipo 1: parede fina de fibra termoformada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o utiliza a moderna tecnologia \"Cure-In-The-Mold\", que produz produtos bem definidos. A apar\u00eancia da superf\u00edcie dos produtos \u00e9 bastante lisa em um lado e com textura de grade no outro. A espessura da parede varia de 0,7 mm a 1,2 mm, o que chamamos de prensagem \u00famida no setor de celulose moldada, bandejas de fibra moldada para produtos cosm\u00e9ticos<\/a>Bandejas de polpa de papel para embalagem de garrafas de vinho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tipo 2: Moldado por transfer\u00eancia com paredes finas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produtos moldados por transfer\u00eancia significam que, depois de formados, s\u00e3o transferidos para secar ao sol, o que \u00e9 amplamente utilizado atualmente. A caracter\u00edstica da superf\u00edcie dos produtos \u00e9 que um lado \u00e9 liso, mas n\u00e3o t\u00e3o liso quanto o tipo 1, o outro lado \u00e9 \u00e1spero, a espessura da parede varia de 1,5 mm a 3,0 mm. Tipo 3: Parede espessa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fabricado com um \u00fanico ferramental, o molde de parede espessa tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 comumente chamado de \"molde Slush\". A superf\u00edcie de um lado do produto \u00e9 moderadamente lisa e a do outro lado \u00e9 muito \u00e1spera, usando como material barato papel\u00e3o, polpa corrugada e jornal. A espessura da parede varia de 2,5 mm a 6,0 mm. Os produtos podem ser usados para prote\u00e7\u00e3o de bordas, grandes eletrodom\u00e9sticos e outras prote\u00e7\u00f5es de embalagens pesadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tipo 4: Processado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esse tipo de embalagem de celulose moldada n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o difundido quanto os tr\u00eas tipos anteriores, pois \u00e9 fabricado com um processo de tratamento secund\u00e1rio ou espec\u00edfico. O processamento secund\u00e1rio pode ser impress\u00e3o verde, prensagem a quente, revestimento, corte ou colora\u00e7\u00e3o por meio da adi\u00e7\u00e3o de aditivos especiais de pasta para personalizar a cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
