Type 1 : Fibre thermoform\u00e9e \u00e0 paroi mince<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les produits sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide de la technologie moderne \"Cure-In-The-Mold\", qui permet d'obtenir une surface bien d\u00e9finie. L'aspect de la surface des produits est assez lisse d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et quadrill\u00e9 de l'autre, l'\u00e9paisseur de la paroi varie de 0,7 mm \u00e0 1,2 mm, ce que l'on appelle le pressage humide dans l'industrie de la p\u00e2te moul\u00e9e, plateaux en fibre moul\u00e9e pour produits cosm\u00e9tiques<\/a>Les barquettes en p\u00e2te \u00e0 papier pour l'emballage des bouteilles de vin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type 2 : Moulage par transfert \u00e0 paroi mince<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les produits moul\u00e9s par transfert signifient qu'apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s, ils sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9s sous le soleil pour s\u00e9cher, ce qui est largement utilis\u00e9 aujourd'hui. La surface des produits est lisse d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9, mais pas aussi lisse que le type 1, l'autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 est rugueux, l'\u00e9paisseur de la paroi varie de 1,5 mm \u00e0 3,0 mm. Les produits sont principalement utilis\u00e9s dans les domaines de l'\u00e9lectronique, de l'entretien m\u00e9nager, de la quincaillerie, de l'exp\u00e9dition de vin, des bo\u00eetes \u00e0 \u0153ufs, des porte-gobelets, des plateaux \u00e0 fruits, des soins m\u00e9dicaux tels que les rev\u00eatements de bassin de lit, les urinoirs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type 3 : parois \u00e9paisses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un seul outil, le moule \u00e0 paroi \u00e9paisse est aussi commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 \"moule \u00e0 boue\". La surface de ses produits est mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment lisse d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s rugueuse de l'autre, ce qui permet d'utiliser des mat\u00e9riaux peu co\u00fbteux comme le carton, la p\u00e2te ondul\u00e9e et le papier journal. L'\u00e9paisseur de la paroi varie de 2,5 mm \u00e0 6,0 mm. Les produits sont utilis\u00e9s pour prot\u00e9ger les bords, les gros appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers et d'autres emballages lourds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type 4 : Transform\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce type d'emballage en p\u00e2te moul\u00e9e n'est pas aussi r\u00e9pandu que les trois types pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents ; il est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un processus de traitement secondaire ou sp\u00e9cifique. Le traitement secondaire peut \u00eatre l'impression verte, le pressage \u00e0 chaud, l'enduction, le rognage ou la coloration par l'ajout d'additifs sp\u00e9ciaux en suspension pour obtenir une couleur personnalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
